The Soul Gestures of Reverence-Ah, Love-Eh, and Hope-U, allow us to enter into these three moods of soul to transform old trauma into enlivening, healing nourishment for the soul, thereby recovering what we may have lost or that was simply missing during the three developmental periods of life... Birth to age seven, ages seven to fourteen, and fourteen to 21 years. After learning and practicing the Soul Gestures for a few weeks, people begin to feel the healing power they transmit.
